What is Mzansigo?
Think of us as your moving concierge. Our platform connects you with a reliable Hyundai H100 or Kia K2700 truck and two strong background-checked helpers who are ready to get your stuff from A to B at an affordable fixed price.
How does the service work?
It’s quite simple actually. If you need to move something and you can envisage it on the back of a Hyundai H100 or
Kia K2700 truck, you can book a truck and two helpers to assist with your move. The truck arrives at the time specified by you.
Where does MzansiGo operate?
MzansiGo is currently available in Cape Town and its surrounds, but you are more than welcome to contact us for your long distance moves. Who knows, our prices might surprise you. Our next stop is Johannesburg and Pretoria.
Who are the movers?
Owners of Hyundai H100 or Kia K2700 trucks. All of our drivers and helpers are thoroughly background and policecleared before being accepted into the MzansiGo platform.
How much does MzansiGo cost?
Unlike other moving companies we provide exact prices, not estimates or quotes. Visit our Pricing page to see exactly how much your move will cost.
How do I pay?
All payments are done online through our PayU intergation portal. You have the option of paying with your Credit/
Cheque card or doing an instant EFT transfer. It’s real simple. No muss, no fuss.
Is my information secure?
Yes. We use PayU to process payments, so if you’d like the full run down of their security features go visit their website at PayU.co.za.
Can I cancel my move after it has been booked?
Yes, but it's best for both of us if do so as soon as possible. Any move cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will
result in a cancellation charge of 25% of its booking fee - in other words, as long as you cancel or reschedule your
move at least 24 hours prior to the start of your pickup window no fee will be charged.
What do we need to know about my move before I can book it?
- Pick up and delivery address
- Item descriptions or photos
- A time window when we need to pick up
- Any extra info that could help the move go smoothly
What happens after my move has been booked?
Your move is assigned to an available MzansiGo truck in your area. The details of the truck and driver are sent to your phone. If, for some reason, your job is not matched within a reasonable amount of time, we’ll contact you to either reschedule the move or cancel the move with a full refund.
Who do I contact if there are changes to my move?
You can either cancel your move completely or contact us if minor changes are expected i.e. items desciptions etc. Visit our Contact page for details.
Is there anything MzansiGo won’t move?
Just about anything that will fit in the bed of a Hyundai H100 or Kia K2700 truck can be moved. You would be
surpised at how much we can fit into our trucks. We do practice good sense and adhere to the law, so here are the things we just can’t move:
- No people or animals in bed (ever).
- No illegal items.
- No hazardous materials. (includes but is not limited to: explosives, gases, flammable liquids, flammable solids,
poisonous or infectious substances, radioactive material, corrosives).
- No firearms, ammunition or other explosive materials.
- No articles of exceptional value (antiques, fine art, jewels/jewelry, gold or other precious metals). Our Terms and Conditions page contains detailed information on what cannot be moved
What happens on the day of the move?
You receive a text message of the truck and driver details as well as the necessary contact details. You mover will arrive within the time frame specified. We track all our movers and can update you with the truck location at any time. If you need to speak with someone for any reason feel free to contact us directly.
What happens if my items do not fit through my doorway?
In the event your item can't be delivered because it doesn't fit through the door, we can leave the item outside your home or return it to the pickup location. You will be fully charged once the items are on the truck. If the items are not able to be moved to the truck a 25% cancellation fee will be applied. It is the customers responsibility to ensure items can be moved freely to the truck.
Will MzansiGo pack, assemble or install my stuff?
Our movers are really good at moving things so we stick to what we know. If you are unsure of what we are willing to do give us a call.
What about really big items or technical moves?
Each move comes with two strong helpers. If you suspect that two persons are not sufficient for the move at hand, please arrange extra help or give us a call.

When items are loaded on the truck the move has been deemed to start. The customer will be fully charged for the

Yes we do. Just enter the same location an our helpers will be glad to assist. Our strong good-guy helpers will help you with the heavy lifting.
